Welcome back to Monday posts, Rain Beaus! I wanted to make sure I had the chapter cover up today because it's more or less safe to miss (for those of you who haven't gotten the memo that I'm returning to Monday posts). If I had the first page up today and half the readers didn't check in, the second page would probably be confusing. XD So this hopefully offers a little extra leeway so we're all here for next Monday.
All that aside, this is going to [probably] be a shorter than average chapter (like Chapters 18 and 19, for example). Lately, you may have noticed chapters have been running longer. That's mostly because there's just more going on in the story now. And while there's certainly always the possibility that this one could surprise me and break the 20, 30, or 40 page count, as it stands it should be relatively short and self-contained.
Now, Rain's first full day on hormones is here. Emily's first day of no longer hiding her pregnancy is here. Several other characters have their own drama going on. But the face of this chapter is Ana, of all people. That title is mighty interesting too. Any thoughts as to where this might be going?
No matter how my day goes, this comic is always a bright spot. With so much chaos in my life right now with my ongoing struggle to get my legal documents updated, this comic is a favorite to just sit back and binge read to help calm my nerves.

I really love Ana. She kinda looks like me, with the blonde hair and the heterochromia, but she's a really well planned out character with a lot of personality. Hats off to Ana and Jocelyn XD
This is the first chapter page I am seeing as it is released (I caught-up part way through chapter 30). Now I get to experience what others have been getting with this comic for years. It's exciting! ...In the slow, steady, manner of webcomics.
Ana might come out to someone (Gavin, possibly, or Rain) but I'm only guessing that because of the "Symbol of Trust" title. (And Ana on the cover!) It's probably more likely to be Gavin than Rain because she's more or less in a romantic relationship with him. The only reason I can think of Rain is because Ana suspects her as trans.
I'm just got blood tests done last week, and I could be starting testosterone on Wednesday, but if I don't start on Wednesday, it will be another few months till I get to. So I've been freaking out. Rain updates are one of the only things keeping me calm.
I was very fortunate to develop central heterochromia after my first month on hormones My eyes used to be solid plain brown, now the outer portion of my irises are hazel, greenish hazel under certain lighting with a thin ring of dark green around the outer perimeter, and an inner splotch of brown immediately surrounding the pupils.
Glad to see the start of one last chapter before being forced off to job corps. I'm hoping I'll be able to keep up with the comic while I'm there because updates have been something I've looked forward to every week for about 2 years now and I'd hate to end up missing too much of it.

Ana is going to be rejected by Hogwarts and frustrated, she's going to go to Narnia to become a Jedi under Katniss Everdeen...
In other words, I don't know ;)
*sweats nervously*
Jocelyn why must you make your characters so cute and wonderful
Agh I wish I had heterochromia. It's so pretty ;~;
