Sorry I haven't posted much in a while. It's weird, 'cause I've actually been working a lot and having plenty of ideas for little images to bide my time without having new pages. But then I guess all that focus has led to total radio silence on my end. Whoops. ^^;
To break up all that nothing, here's some random fanart featuring Remedy (in yellow) and Frallan (in red) from the Princess Remedy games. If you're not familiar with them and wondering why it looks like this, the unique coloring here is based largely on the graphics in the game. Drawing this made for a fun little exercise. ^_^
Anyway, the Princess Remedy games are a pair short but sweet, retro-looking, "bullet hell-lite" action RPG-ish games with a good sense of humor, and lots of little secrets. Plus, our heroine can date/marry pretty much anyone in the game, be they male, female, human, animal, mythical creature, or inanimate object. (While the utmost freedom with that is a nice touch, Frallan here had a little bit more of a genuine connection to Remedy than most of the other characters, so I was drawn to her.)
The first one - Princess Remedy in a World of Hurt - is totally free, and worth the 30-60 minutes it takes to play. It's on Steam, so go check it out if you like; you've got nothing to lose.

The second one, which just came out a couple days ago - Princess Remedy in a Heap of Trouble - is a prequel, with more of the same gameplay, if slightly refined. It too is on Steam and only costs three bucks, and it's just as good. If you like the first one, it's worth it.

Obviously, these games are nothing groundbreaking (and probably retro enough to be offputting for some, though I love this kind of thing), but they're cute and fun, and I liked the characters and style enough to want to draw them and share it around. So, I hope you like the image. And if you choose to check out the games, I hope you like those too. ^_^
Huh. I've never known you as the type of artist whose style makes all of your characters look the same - you're actually very good with differentiating features for all of them, and I don't just mean hair - but man, that picture really confused me for a second, because all I could think was, "Why is Ana being affectionate with Ruby?" Weird.
Although I can't really see Ana and Ruby here personally, I can't deny that I'm guilty of drawing characters in a way that may look a bit samey sometimes. It's just kind of the way I draw though. And it seems the more effort I put into differentiating characters, the more I get comments like, "hey, that looks like ____ from Rain". I haven't figured out if that's a good thing or not yet. XD
I'm reading this on a small tablet this morning and at first, all I saw was the portion of the image from the shoulders up and instantly thought Chanel and Maria, but I don't have my glasses on either. :-)
If you want to paint an accurate picture of what you're like, I suggest you put in the first (acceptable by your standards) thing that comes to mind. Otherwise, just go with your gut.
I just binged your entire comic today, and I can't thank you enough for the time and effort you've put into this. I was so happy to see such a happy finish to the binge, in that the *author* got a happy ending :) I hope things are healing well, and I absolutely am looking forward to seeing your work again when you are up to it.
This is also going to be such a wonderful resource to show to friends, instead of making them read stuffy textbook things. THANK YOU
I'm FTM transgender and love reading LGBT comics! I've been absolutely hooked to this one for a long time and I love it so much! You're an amazing artist and congratulations on your recent SRS! I'm starting cross hormones soon hopefully. Anyway, I just wanted to let you know I really admire you and this comic. It's even inspired me to do some of my own cartoons! I'm excited to see what happens next!
I just finished reading all 870 episodes again, for the 3rd time. Also ordered all 3 books on Lulu.com to give as a birthday gift to a friend who's birthday is coming up next month.
You ever play Card City Nights? It is also made by Ludosity and features Princess Remedy and its characters as several cards. (along with indie gaming legend Iji)
Princess Remedy? Colour me impressed, I didn't expect to see it here.
Sitting on Discord with two of my friends trying to get Jealous Chest on the highest difficulty for hours was a lot of fun.

How 'bout this: Imagine Rain when she's 75 years old, standing on her front porch shaking her fist at the neighbor kids and yelling "Get off my lawn!"
