Originally, this was going to be one page. No mention of college, nor Rain referring back to the dream chapter were in the original script. It just kinda grew as I went along making this one. ^_^
As there is a lot of information on these pages, there's a lot to discuss. But most of my attempts to write a blurb were threatening to be spoilery. I'll hear you folks out instead so I don't accidentally drop something.
Er-hem. I hope this doesn't detract from story-related comments, but as you may or may not have heard, I've got an appointment for SRS consultation scheduled for the end of the month. Maybe - just maybe - something good will be in my future. This also means your help was never more welcome if you're willing and/or able. Buying books, or shirts, or scarves/wristbands, or just plain donations are all very helpful right now. Obviously, if you are unable to or don't want to offer anything, that's totally fine. There are other ways you can help. Like voting for Rain on TopWebComics or joining/sharing the Facebook page can help spread the word about my work. Thanks for anything you can do; no hard feelings if you can't. ^_^
I laughed at the dream callback, and oh my god those two are so into this show aren't they. Which reminds me that I'm half sinking back into Durarara!! and might try to catch up a bit over the weekend.
Ahh yes the trailer for an upcoming thing you are obsessed with. I am like Chanel, when they realesd the trailer for Fallout 4 i watched it over and over again for a week
So, I was linked this comic about three days ago by a good friend. And the only thing that slowed me in finishing it in two days was passing out. xP
It's really powerful and beautiful, I love it to death and find pieces of me in every one of your leads. ^.^
There's so much to say, so much to cry about, so much to laugh about. It brings me tears of joy to see an actual nonsexual couple get representation. ^.^
Also, I've come to ship 'Mommies', which is what I have dubbed RainxEmily. I will soon find out the name the fans use, I'm sure. ^.^
I just wanted to say thank you so much for this comic. I came into it through Reddit shortly after realizing I liked guys expecting it to be a cute gay romance story like Always Raining Here. Little did I know this comic would play a huge role in me understanding what I've felt since I was a child and realizing I am trans myself! Though I won't be able to take therapy or anything for a long time, I've come out to multiple friends and they have all been super supportive. I have seriously never been this happy in my entire life, and I don't hate myself nearly as often anymore. And it's all thanks to Rain.
This comic is very important to me, I am so thankful for all the work you've put into it!
Ok, now I'm shipping Rain/Emily/Ana/Maria/Chanel as a homoromantic/child raising quintet. Whether Rain/Emily/Ana get busy together isn't clear in my mind, but Maria shouldn't be doing anything like that without Chanel's blessing.
Rain keeps touching her earring. ~
I wonder if Rain wants to do something after highschool. If Emily doesn't go anywhere, they probably won't see each other often... :c
But yes, a lot of them are high school seniors. Hmmmm. I wonder how this will all develop and where everyone is headed to.
Hmmmmmmmmm.....
