Some other webcomic artists and I collaborated to create a holiday pic featuring our transgender protagonists together. It was an honor to be included in this, and to work with so many wonderful, talented people. It's probably obvious, but I only drew Rain here. All of the other characters are drawn by their original artists. ^_^

From left to right:
Jess, Rain, Carrie, Jesska, Allison, Stephie, Zoë, and Seb

Not too much else to say except that I wish all of you a very Merry Whatever-You-Celebrate! I hope everyone has a lovely holiday. Take care, Rain Beaus! <3

Woo, webcomic gathering! That's always a lot of fun!

Woah, I know half these characters! That's pretty awesome!

Also good to know Erin's still around. She certainly made an impact back in the day and I still think about Venus Envy from time to time. It was the first time I'd seen any kind of character representing the way I felt.

I feel like Rain hits closer to home for me, but Venus Envy was my first.

I also happened across Manic Pixie Nightmare Girls a earlier this year. It's quirky and worth checking out!

Man, I would have loved to be involved in this, but I can understand--I don't have any comic considered popular. It's great to see all the characters together, though, especially Zoe--Venus Envy was the first webcomic I ever followed, and it's always nice to see more of Erin's art since the comic has slowed so much.

I read Venus Envy for years before I transitioned, as kind of a way to cope. I'd missed that comic so much.

I honestly thought Ms. Lindsey was dead, how she just stopped it all of a sudden. Glad to know she's still among the above-ground and breathing! ^_^

From the research I did- because I was reading V/E around when I started reading W/F, and then found this; Erin had other things to do, more important, and that somebody else sorta finished it, but I never found that website. There really wasn't much to find either. It's also not the only comic that just kinda stopped for whatever reason. There was another one(forgot the name) that the creator said they were trying to publish, or something, so only the archives can be read.

This is why I try to have my works finished, or close to it before I post anything. Not saying anything bad on webcomic owners, or anyone else, as they do what they do, and publish like anyone else would, wether it's manga, or a book. I'm sure Echiro Oda didn't have all of One Piece completed at once before publishing, nor Yoshihiro Nightow, with Trigun.

It seems there's much more ts-themed webcomics than I thought.
Unrelated, but does anyone know the fate of Evelyn Poor? Her dark and bizzare humour in trans girl diaries left an indelible mark in me, but the site is long time down and comics are now lost.

Actually fairly recently I came across a .tar archive of the entirety of the trans girl diaries that someone had saved, posted after the website went down. I found it with a little googling back then, so have a look.
