I very strongly considered merging this page with the next one for a double update. I decided against it for two reasons. One is that I’m still playing catch up a bit, and separating them gives me more time to work with things. The other reason being that I want to hear some thoughts and speculation before moving forward.

Rain, all characters and all other aspects of the story are copyright material belonging to me.

You know it's serious when Rain slips into her guy voice.
While it seems to just be a confiding of convenience, I imagine Emily would not be happy to find out that Rain's sharing ANOTHER secret with Chanel over her. Chanel just keeps stumbling into these things, it seems.

So anyway, speculation... all I can think is Rain has the hots for the new girl. Could it be that simple?

Voice mishap was a mistake on my part, actually. I seem to be doing that a lot lately. Sorry. Fixed now. Thanks for catching it. ^^;

I think you got it, barring any huge plot twists, Rain has the hot's for the new girl.

Clearly, Rain's big secret is that she's actually a robot, and her liquid coolant line (which, of course, goes near her ocular cameras) has sprung a leak due to the new girl's hairspray.

Y'know? Upon reflection, I think part of the reason most post-op transfolk don't refer to themselves as transfolk is because they're tired of keeping so many secrets when all they want to be is their own brand of "normal."

I'd just like to note that what you call normal isn't really normal. Everything is normal to those who think it's normal, so when you say "their own brand of normal"... You just mean normal. ...IMO.

Naturally. I said "their own brand of normal" as a way to differentiate between what society tells us is normal (such as hetero cis men being the breadwinners of an household) and what the transperson in question can feel content in themselves with.

Ah, alright.

I just figured out what the problem is...and I am keeping quiet to avoid springing a Spoiler...The artwork does look a little stiff though ;)

Found this comic a few days ago and I ended up reading the whole thing. My brain hurts.

This page kinda scares me, a little. What could she tell Chanel, that she doesn't even want to tell Maria?
