Happy Lunar New Year, all! I've been seeing a lot of my art friends celebrate by drawing their OCs and comfort characters in bunny suits. And tempting as it was to bandwagon with that, I gotta do things my own way and draw... actual bunnies! XD
Fun fact: As you may know, my stories all include large casts of primarily queer and/or trans characters. It's like my thing, and I just have to include it every time. But did you know I also try to include a rabbit of some sort in everything I do. Why? 'Cause I love rabbits, and I can! So I thought I'd take this opportunity to highlight some of the bunnies you know, and some I have in store for you in the future.
- If you've read Rain, you surely know Puddle (and if you've finished Rain, you should know Chippy too).
- Momokomo in My Impossible Soulmate is actually a digital rabbit within Chiaki's UsaMaMa-chan virtual pet. It hasn't had a lot of screentime yet, but it'll come up from time to time.
- Moonlight Wanderers is a Pokemon Moon Nuzlocke comic. I don't remember if there're technically any rabbit Pokemon in that game, so I made small tweaks to fix that. The main character's mom has a pet Meowth in the game, but I replaced it with a Bunnelby, Fluffy. The main character also has a sister studying abroad in Galar in this story, and naturally, I gave her a Scorbunny, Lagos.
- Save the Princess is a game. I originally considered including rabbits as a status effect (akin to Toad or Pig from Final Fantasy), where the characters would be turned into bunnies (maybe still wearing the costumes of the characters because that'd be adorable). But for narrative reasons, that actually doesn't quite work. So instead, there's a side quest including 50 or so missing rabbits you can find throughout the game. Returning to the quest giver periodically will net you rabbit-related prizes based on how many you find.
- I haven't spoken a lot about The Scars of Redemption, but similarly to Puddle for Rain, one of the main characters keeps Persephone here as a pet. The character in question has been through a lot, and seen and done things he can never unsee or undo. Persephone goes a long way to keep him grounded and make him happy, though.
- Finally, Hotot from Magical - technically a bunnerfly (a rabbit with butterfly wings) - is the obligatory wise-cracking sidekick of a magical girl.

I considered including a few other future stories on this list too, but in some cases, I just don't know where the mandatory rabbit inclusion will be in each one yet.
Anyway, I hope you like this. Happy Year of the Rabbit to you all, and have a lovely day. ^_^
more sub-earth than earth, but yeah. plus, let's be real, she's the level-headed partner Hades always needed (unless someone tries to flirt with him. cuz then her true rage comes out)
It's the name of the side quest. Save the Princess is kind of an homage to JRPGs, so I thought it'd a fun touch if all the side quests had names that are wordplay/references to other JRPGs (in this case, Infinite Undiscovery).
It is. But I'm interested in taking some liberties to include Pokemon that might not necessarily appear in Moon. It's mostly just cameo stuff for fun, though. See how many of the now 1,008 Pokemon I can make appear at some point, even if just in the background or something. ^_^
More than likely, yes. But I opted to leave it off this list, partly because I don't have a specific plan in mind for the rabbit in question there yet. And partially because I haven't spoken much about Silhouette yet, and I wasn't sure if people would know what I was talking about.
I'm happy to see it is remembered and acknowledged, though. ^_^
I am really looking forward to these other stories some day.
