The answer? Quite a few things! ^_^
The interesting thing about a pool party is that it potentially addresses a smaller loose thread we've left dangling for a while. And the Kaminari air date? We've been waiting on that one too, as a matter of fact! These are some of the smaller ones on their own, but may be worth noting, I think. ;)
But what do you think of this development? Besides that "these things will happen now", what would you expect from such an event?

There will be a Volume 6 (and 7), but I haven't announced anything yet. Last year kinda threw me off my game a lot. But hopefully, I'll have something to share on further books later this year. ^_^
(Volume 1 had 6, volume 2 had 8, volume 3 had 8, volume 4 had 5, volume 5 had 6 and a second bonus chapter)

trevor and frank have a tiff until they get thrown in the pool. someone else shows up to make trouble.. but they'd get thrown in the pool too. the worst thing is the vegan barbeque food gets wet so some people will have to order takeaway from a place we haven't seen yet.
it means even if our new ryan isn't coming out, the name might be spoken near enough to cause a confusion ..
oh well, more people will have to be thrown in the pool then!

Yep. Gavin's dad's boyfriend hasn't appeared since Chapter 13, I believe. But we have seen him. ^_^

either way it is super cute.
Also, in Australia at least, board shorts with a bikini top (or even a full coverage rash vest / long sleeve top) is totally ok for teen girls swim wear. Plenty of people don't like form fitting bikinis and one pieces.
It's an extremely minor point, but Gavin tells the group about his dad in Chapter C (the bonus chapter in Volume 3). That said, even if people didn't read that and didn't know about that interaction, I felt it was safe enough to assume it wasn't the kind of thing this group was going to get hung up on even if they did. XD
Gavin: "My dad and his boyfriend have a pool and-"
All: "They have a pool!?"
You are right that it's a minor point. And it's obvious from the exchange that they all knew. I was just annoyed at myself that I couldn't remember the detail, but if its in a bonus comic, t yt? At explains it! Thanks for clarifying.
