Thank you for sticking with me through this one. I know this has been a hard topic to face for many folks, but we made it to the end of this chapter. Now let's wrap up things up with some good old fashioned "cute people are cute". ^_^

"So how long is this hiatus going to be?" you ask, bracing yourself for the worst. Well, the good news is not long at all! My plan is to start it this Friday! It'd almost be like a one day hiatus. Except that on Wednesday, we'll have a Rain Delay strip. So it's actually more like there's no hiatus at all! :D

Anyway, to be clear, no hiatus this time. We're just keeping going! And the next one is going to be a fun one. Please look forward to it! ^_^

This was a good short chapter. It felt really focused since it didn't have a bunch of concurrent subplots running at once. I look forward to seeing the next chapter Friday.

I just binged 40 chapters, practically 10 years of Rain, in 1 week. Thank you Jocelyn for the dedication you've put into Rain, its been a great escape and source of hope for my mostly closeted, pre-hrt butt. Looking forward to keeping up with you and Rain.

Oh! That was far more lighthearted than I thought it would be, considering all the warnings. Yes, Emily's mother was a big jerk as always, but that's not something new. Rain was very supportive, fun times were had and Emily realized that there are many people who truly care for her. I think things went quite well after all.

I honestly thought this chapter was gonna be harsher, nonetheless a great chapter, keep the work up!
