First things first, thanks again for your patience and understanding the other day. I really appreciate it! ^_^
Anyway, that girl on the cover look familiar? You may actually recall seeing her fairly recently. That's Lilith. Perhaps, I might've finally found something to do with her after all. And it turns out she factors into the plans of Rain's favorite manga author, Chiaki Koizumi...
...Whatever that may mean.
Well, either way, Emily's got something to read (and then some). So next week should take us down the road to distractions.
I don't know if I'd want to read/watch something if I *knew* it was unfinished and ended on a cliffhanger. It's bad enough when it happens unexpectedly.
Yeah, I've read/watched things that I LOVE even though I knew they're unfinished but it is always a little heartbreak when you get to the end and know for sure that you'll never get to see how the creator would have tied up those plot threads </3
OMG, is this a reference to Jocelyn's previous unfinished comics like Lavender? Or to the other story she had planned that the name Centerville came from? I love meta jokes.
I love how Rain as a character is shown to adore manga but unlike anime fans in real life she doesn’t use any opportunity to bring up a show or book- She’s like the perfect version of a weeb U-U
It kind of reminds me of how Akira Toriyama would put references from Dr. Slump (his original and more popular work) into Dragonball (his more famous work), and how they were explicitly set in the same universe but only ever interacted in a couple non-canon chapters/episodes.
Rain is so cute when she talks about manga she likes. She's such a bubbly girl when you get her talking about the right subject, she can really be a lively young lady.
I'm not sure how to phrase this so it doesn't sound backhanded but the art style has been looking AMAZING recently. I'm not trying to say it wasn't good before, I'm just trying to say how fantastic it looks now. The chaaracters looks so cute!
Its hard to believe a comic established around a decade ago is still going on to this day. I couldn’t ever imagine spending so much on something like this. Your work truly is wonderful miss samara
