I was just going for it being a simple kiss on the lips, to be honest. But they're eyes are closed as they lean in and there's a slight height difference, so it's possible they could "miss". XD
While it isn't explicitly confirmed that Ana knows, both of those scenes seem like they would be enough for her to get the hint.
On the other hand, I don't think Ky has any reason to suspect that Emily and Rain are a couple, so Ana could act oblivious here to keep that a secret from Ky.
