So, for the first page, there's not a lot to it. I'm hoping it's not too subtle, but when Rain asks what she wants to look up, Emily puts her hand on her belly to indicate it's something pertaining to her pregnancy without saying so out loud. If that was obvious though, just ignore this paragraph. ^^;

What about it though? What specifically is she looking up, I wonder.

As for the second page: in case anyone forgot from Chapter 2 (I wouldn't blame anyone as that was a long time ago), Rain doesn't use the locker room to change for gym. She uses the gym teacher's office. Hence why Rain is rummaging through her bag in Mrs. Parker's office.

Beyond that, we get some more Debbie. She's hurt, confused, incredibly bitter, and perhaps a bit irrational due to the direction her friendship with Emily is going. This leads to her confronting Rain. None of this is technically new information to her though since Emily already told her that she ignorantly hated her at first and about the persona she fronts versus the person she really is. What Rain did not anticipate was to be blamed for everything going on. She's taken so off-guard by Debbie that she ends up not saying a word.

Mrs. Parker comes in and scolds them both for being in her office (thereby unwittingly breaking this conversation up). Debbie's probably not done with Rain though. But how much of a threat is she, really? What is Debbie actually capable of?

I know this isn't nesecarily related to the comic right now, but...thank you.

Not for me, but for my friend. Because if not for this comic they'd be alone.

Because if I hadn't introduced them to it, I wouldn't know. I wouldn't have a near-daily input to help me piece things together. I wouldn't be able to figure out what they were hinting at.

Because if they didn't comment here free from the shackles holding her down in real life, I wouldn't know who she was.

Because if I didn't read this, thattthen I wouldn't know my best friend's birthday, someone had a perfect oppurtunity to come out but couldn't.

Because if I didn't take the time to read all of Lemando's comments this Sunday, I wouldn't know she was one of my closest friends.

I wouldn't know that she trusted me with such an immense truth but was too afraid to tell me.

And I wouldn't know that one of my best friends was a transgirl in an all-male school.

And the only person she trusted that much would still be blind to her plight.

So, from the bottom of my heart of the behalf of a loved one, thank you. Thank you for letting my friend get through to me when my thick skull wouldn't let her. Thank you for helping me open my eyes.

Thank you for letting me realize how dear I was to someone, even though I let some of the most blatent signs fly overhead.

On behalf of Lemando Girl, thank you. Because without her?

She'd be alone.

You're so adorable when you're being one of the best people in the entire world, but something tells me (read: our many conversations since Sunday) you know that already.

So while you've drawn me to more webcomic than I care to admit, allowing myself to succumb to this one was one of if not the greatest decision of my life. So I must thank you for bringing me here.

*without you, meaning Joecelyn, not without herself.

Cause then she'd be more than alone, that would be exceptionally bad.

Curse you, phone!

And thank you. I still think I deserve a punch or two for overlooking some of those sledgehammers to the face, but hey.

In my defense I just thought you REALLY LIKED crossdressing.

This comment chain was rather heartwarming to read. ^^

I just had to say that, sorry. XD

I'm always so happy to see someone saved from loneliness. It's a scary and dark place to be. I want to be involved in that as much as I can. I'm happy for you two. ^_^

Debbie seems capable of being the type who will do everything she can to get her friend back and that is dangerous

It's gonna come out that Rain's trans, everyone's gonna think Emily is having her baby, misgendering all round, probably amniocentesis involved because "paternity" testing, possibly Chase being arrested. Meanwhile Rain's life goes to crap, Raimily happens, probably everything picks up and we have two adorbs lesbian couples in the school instead of one <3

Well, we know that Debbie can follow Rain during schooltime to guilt trip her, or so it seems... She could just ask Emily, if she wants to know "what happened to her best friend", but no, she confronts Rain directly.

When someone wants to fix an issue, they can look for a solution, or get rid of the problem. Debbie seems to prefer the second option over the first one... Which makes her dangerous, as she could discover Rain's secret and use it against her...
I hope she won't do this... But I always prepare for the worst... <_<'
