This one's a bit minimalist, moreso than I wanted because it's the last page I did on my old computer on one of it's sloggiest days. But despite it's simplicity, I really like this one. I just think Blair Carver is a lot of fun to work with. But what do you think of him? This is the first dialogue we're really hearing from the man himself outside of a book exclusive bonus chapter, so what kind of person are we taking him to be?

As for the "long, crazy story"... I'm sorry to say we won't be hearing it immediately. But I'd be interested to hear what people suspect.

That sly smile...

I seriously didn't get the idea that Blair was that kind and supportive. I somehow thought he was at least slightly douchey.

It seemed to me that he was more oblivious than douchey, like he meant well but didn't consider the consequences.

Question out of nowhere. Why did Heather's parents know that she had CAIS? (Diagnosis before puberty would seem to require genetic testing.)

She had a testicle removed as a baby, that's how they knew.

Blair sounds so sweet. I completely expected a long string of terrible boyfriends out of her.

Sounds like they're both good people to me. I guess it just wasn't meant to be, that's all.

I just read all of rain in the last two days and I just wanted to say thank you for this wonderful story. It has really helped my confidence by showing struggles similair to my own, even if I'm not out yet.

Me too lol. Now I am sad I have no more to binge and have to wait like everyone else :P Also I am so jealous of those young girls for being able to transition so early. I am 38 and have a second endo f/u next week. No safekeeping in my way, but they were concerned about my lab results and wanted another test... hopefully I get my E next week. :/
