A page actually titled "rain" in the comic, Rain. It's not as much about Rain, but rather the rain. Though Rain does express her feelings about rain. ;P

Fun fact: Despite the overall comic title, it has rained only once in the story before this. It's shown to be pouring in one scene in Volume 1's bonus chapter. Though if we want to be technical, it also rains in a flashback referring to that scene in the main pages here (but that is, in fact, the same scene). It's probable that it could have rained on any number of days the story has timeskipped over, but I don't show it happening often.

So why is it used here and now when I never do this? A few reasons. Partly so I could open a new chapter with a dumb joke for a lighter tone than what the previous one ended at. And partly... for other reasons. ;P

Rain, all characters and all other aspects of the story are copyright material belonging to me.

Now all we need is for Rain to become a queen while riding a horse. Then it can rain on Rain during her reign while holding a rein.

At my high school, if it was raining once you got there, you ran to the nearest building, because once you were inside one, it was mostly possible to stay indoors or under some kind of cover for the most part, with the exception of going to either the gym or the math/theology building. I could also kinda exempt the fine arts building but the side door was close enough to one of the other buildings that it wasn't terrible, and there was an "undercover" route of sorts to its basement (where all the classrooms were anyway) that provided much more cover anyway.

Yay, I'm so happy to see a new story page today!

I wonder what the other reasons for it to be raining will be. Maybe going outside in the rain makes it harder for Rain to pass.Or maybe the skies spontaneously blacken whenever the Dark Lord appears, and we're about to see Marcus or Norman or someone like that.

Anywho , I've found this webcomic quite recently and I'm very veeeerry glad I did because this comic has helped me deal with my dysphoria and provided me with the comfort that im not alone in my struggle nor am I invisible. Seeing the comic with so much diversity, much with I can relate with makes me super happy and ecstatic! Thank you so much for this blessing Lynn !! I hope one day I too can transition and cut of bad ties and live happily for me with my datemate. You made me believe that that's possible as I've been doubting that for so long....
BTW I really love your art I hope one day my art and story telling skills become as great as yours !!!!
I'm glad I'm up to date now with this webcomic since now I can join the excitement of waiting for the next page to be released !! I hope 2018 will be kinder to you. Thank you so much for everything, you're my most favorite author/ artist ever ;o <3

I found this comic last fall, and I just want to thank you for making it. This story is the only one I can relate so well with in terms of dysphoria and transgender issues. No other trans story I've heard, fiction or non-fiction, have I been able to relate with as much as this one. Thank you so much.

That said, I love this so much lol

Every other comic: a panel with the name of the comic itself or the main character signifies a turning point for the characters and the story. a panel that is possibly epic and will be remembered for years.
Rain: an (admittedly funny) joke on the main characters name
only in rain ^_^
